What Program should I use to record flash games on the PC?

I can't figure out what to use. I can't understand how to work Fraps, and the Unregistered HyperCam lags my computer. HELP!!

EDIT: SORRY EVERYONE! I didn't mean to make this thread, but apparently you cannot delete your posts any more...so...just ignore it.
