Everything is hooked up right. The genesis works for a little while then the colour gets so bad that you can't even see what you are doing and then reseting does not work then later it just shows a grey screen with some lines but i could actually make something out when the problem happened on street fighter ce i was just barely able to make out an error message and i get error messages on all the other games before it goes to the grey screen. If i leave the genesis off for a while the problem goes away for a little while.
I can do one match of street fighter 2 ce before it happens.

That might be the TV. Do you have two consoles plugged in at once to the TV? It goes a bit like how you said when I use my N64 with my Wii in the TV.

I get the grey blinky screen alot with my original nintendo, it starts to work though...eventually.
