Rare and Rareware
What is the diffirence? Aren't they the same?

Rareware is the old company name, but they were always called Rare for short. Then they changed their company name to Rare Ltd but still sometimes get called Rareware. Both exactly the same except for the 'ware'

Actually, funnily enough, I believe when they made Battletoads they were also called just Rare, Ltd. then sometime between that and DKC they changed to Rareware.

To make matters more confusing, their old website used to be called "Rarewhere"
