omg! if they really work, I've to say they're absolutely amazing...unique trophy pieces!
mm but don't forget that: they're very big (especially the NGC wich I doubt it works ), they don't look comfortable, you can't be sure of their quality or lifespan time, look at the battery life time 1 hour???, the cartrigde seems to be placed in a unsafe way in most of the items, and well all sort of things like these...

anyway, those handhelds are damn cool, I'd really love to have a ps2 or n64 one, not to mention the NGC
(look especially at the NGC one: 1 hour of gampelay (lol), it's so big it seems that guy has disasembled the GC and assemblet it again but just in 2 D (tall, long ) resulting in a thing that can hardly be called a handheld :S
imagine you buy one of these unique -and probably extremely expensive- pieces and it becomes a piece of melt plastic in 48 hours or so XD :S

I've also downloaded the video, but wat I meant was how long will these handhelds work? maybe after two weeks of use they melt ( haha ) or they just stop working or maybe a little hit and it's over :S

True, the GC one is not THAT big, but I think -watching the video- the dvd unit is in the back of the console, completely outside -not very practic not safe-

The ones from the first page look much better than the second ones. I'm going to see how much costs any of them, just for curiosity

Well these are just homemade by tech guys that know their stuff... so i guess if everything is connected correctly and they are using the right power volatages n stuff these should last as long as any normal handheld.
I wouldn't of even thought you could do this sorta thing in the first place...

I think the GC one case is actually a n64 case O_o
as for the price, calculate...39$ from the lcd screen, xx$ from the sistem wich is going to be converted, add the materials, batteries, case and everything else plus the time spent on it O_O
-I want a n64 handheld now -

That was the most useless, stupid, and pointless thing I have ever seen. No fense. Try using correct spelling and grammar and we shall talk. No more smilies for you. :Eats Meow Mixer: Back on topic, dunno about the Cube Portable- but the Game Boy/NES was very cool.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo made a statement as soon as the GOD's were announced to be the GCN's proprietry format that they could be used again in the future, so who knows.

Wow, those people must have alot of time on their hands. The ones on the first page looked alot cleaner. If they would mass produce those and sell them they could make a fortune!

Are you sure you're getting enough caffeine? I don't want you to be deprived, or anything. I mean, far be it for me to deny the rest of the forumers the epilepsy that you provide.

Anyway, those handheld units are pretty impressive. Someone must have a lot of time on their hands to put so much effort into such a conversion -- not that I'm one to talk. I'd definitely do the same if I had the electrical skills

Some of those portables are really something. The portable GameCube everyone keeps talking about looks awesome. I wouldn't mind carrying one of those with me, but I wonder if the large size is comfortable to hold... It must be heavy.
