Something I noticed about the B-K3 website

In the B-K3 tab above the web browser, there's is a picture of a cog. I'd excpect a picture of a Jiggy or Banjo's and Kazooie's heads. Kinda wierd.

OMG SNS!!!!!

Just kidding.

What exactly do you think it means? It probably just means it's under construction.

Honestly, I think this game will have a lot of machines. Remember the Christmas card? It had some strange machines, and I think they WILL be a major part of the game. Look, even the site is a machine, with all the cogs and stuff!

I think it's there to go along with the spinning gears in the Flash (ohwait Silverlight) animation. The whole thing seems to be very construction-oriented, and I'm not entirely convinced that's due to the site being under construction itself.

Now that I think about it, it reminds me of how the teaser trailer started off with pencil crayon drawings.

There seems to be a whole Work-In-Progress theme with this game so far.

For a game said to be released this holiday season, that's not exactly a good sign.

In all seriousness, however, I really think this game will be more machine-oriented than its predecessors. No doubt in my mind that's the direction they've been going all along. From Clanker to Grunty Industries, it's truly where they shine. That and their knack for getting holiday-themed worlds just right.

Quoted for truth. Now that you mentioned it, it makes sence. I saw the cog too and just thought it was under construction but your theory makes more sence.

Just thought about something more! The game will actually happen 7 years after Banjo Tooie, right? I remember Gregg saying something like "It's been 7 years, what have Banjo and Kazooie been doing all this time?". So, after 7 years, there will be more technology (aka more machines)!

I would love more machines in the next game! Just thinking about cyborg-vegetables on Spiral Moutain-- It gets me worked up!

Seriously, it seems that with the theme of "blueprints n' construction", they're trying to "rebuild" the Banjo franchise. Since it's been such a long time, and since they mentioned they'd be featuring "unique game-play elements", they would have to rebuild a lot.

I wouldn't mind mechanical gamplay elements, so long as it doesn't make any of the duo useless.

If anything, that was the new Banjo Kazooie, with the way that there was something on his back, and how he needed to work with it to help complete tasks.

and they could've just put the spinning cogs to show off that they're using Silverlight, from Microsoft, and that they're kinda just making everyone realise that they're Microsoft now.

Guys, the Cogs and Blueprints and "Bear At Work" mean the game is "Under Construction". None of the 5 "Disinformation Central" themes are Machene Based (but one is space based), and the trailer dosn't hint it either. Also, tons of Banjo fans will be PISSED, myself included, if this is a machene game. Hell, I thought B-T was to machene-like .

IKM, I'll tell you what I'm hearing about Banjo's new look: "An evolution was necessary."
