Well, you can easilly find "Dolphin V.1.02" over the net (just search in google)
I' think this is the best emulator, but you'll have to download the roms (2 or 3 gigs heach probably). Of course the emulator is far from perfect, but with a good graphics card (mm ati 9200 or better) it should work more or less ok (considering you are attempting to use a rom wich is proved it works)
I'd tell you a link, but the one I know is spanish, so I don't think it will be useful to you XD

p.d: go and buy a game cube!

A Gamecube Emulator? That would something to see, I've known about the whole streaming-GCN games "trick" using the BB adapter but was unaware any ROM's actually existed.

You're not allowed to post links to ROMs.

ROMs and emulators are legal in the United States if you either own the game and the system or if you delete within 24 hours of download.

There was some law that was changed around 2003 I believe that changed that, or affected it in some way... or that is what I thought anyway. I remember there being a big fiasco about it and exactly what it involved. The law originally said "You can have backups" and now it says "You can have backups you made yourself" or something. I don't remember the specifics, but Icy Guy brought it to my attention. He rips his own GBA games so he can legally have them, or something. I don't know we need a comment from him it has been too long since I read the new agreement.

I believe it is a grey area, so we generally err on the side of caution, and don't allow posting ROMs or links, though perhaps discussion is allowed.

I personally maintain that ROMs are illegal in most ways, shapes and forms, save for what Grey said in that if they're made by yourself, for yourself, then, most likely, nobody will care.

Then again, as with most software piracy, the legality of it isn't really enforced as much as, say, RIAA and music-sharing.

I'm not saying I care if anyone has ROMs or not, otherwise I'd be a huge hypocrite. But that's just where I stand on the issue -- and concerning discussing it in public, posting links... I'd rather not, except for emulation which I believe is 100% legal.

We could discuss this all day, and we'd never agree.
