Nintendo Have officially lost the plot!!!

If you were outraged with Nintendo at E3 and thought it could only get better think again. Thinking of trying out Animal crossing City Folk at GC 2008 this week? Well think again, because Nintendo arn't even going to be there

http://www.computerandvideogames.com....php?id=189647

Ive just about lost all my respect for Nintendo. Lets hope they get their act together soon.

All Hail Microsoft!!!!

Nintendo is starting to make me enraged!!!
It's like they are trying to make us mad.
VC has sucked for the last few months. There are so many good games to put on there, WHY AREN'T YOU PUTTING THEM?
E3 sucked, only showing off one good game (Animal Crossing) And then they said they weren't going to announce anything new for the rest of the year.
Now they won't even show us Animal Crossing. (I don't care about Animal Crossing anyway though)

All I can say is that it's Nintendo's loss. Besides the Game Developers Conference, I'd say Leipzig is the next biggest thing as far as gaming expositions go. Too bad. They would have probably benefited from it considering E3 was such a let down.

i don't recall them saying that. I think because of recent events (and other companies), we've forgotten about the fact they are, quite possibly the most secretive video games company. They obviously have something special in the pipeline that's in early stages and they're not showing it due to fear of someone making a cheap rip-off.

There was an article where I think Reggie said it. I have no idea where it is but you'll see when Nintendo doesn't announce any new games for the rest of the year.

This is old news. I already know they're not attending Leipzig.

Nintendo pulled the trigger on the gun aimed at themselves. In the run, they started off great, but ended up failing, all because of the retarded idea we saw at E3. I don't want some lame old rythym game, I want a new F-Zero, or a new Star Fox! I'm at least glad they're working on Pikmin 3...

Way to go Nintendo. Those hardcore gamers don't like your presentations than don't give the hardcore gamers a presentation. There needs to be more ryhthm games. Glad to see someone trying to make games for players like me. They are being secretive and don't want to give anything big away. When the secret games they are developing are more complete they will show them but for now since they have nothing to show they don't do a presentation. Animal crossing was the worst title they showed at E3. The closest thing to a hardcore title I have for the wii is dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3.

I hardly care about being mad at Nintendo now, why do all of you care? As long as the games are fun, they could bribe to have no one show at lezpeig or what ever, I won't care. News on the game dosen't change it's gameplay, does it? Plus, they could be holding back on lezpeig so they can ready bigger news for the tokyo game show... or they don't have anything decent to show. For me now, it's okay to be excited if someone shows something good, but don't complain about not seeing anything good, there's always the other two companies. It's not like I'm going to stop anyone, but please, shut up about nintendo's E3 show! It seems like the only thing everyone on here has been complaining about for the past several weeks!!! I'm getting tired of it and I no longer care! And sorry, I'm not trying to offend anyone, I'm just stateing my opinion on the matter.

And on top of that, did everyone miss the fact that the Mario and Zelda teams are hard at work? Or did I make that up? If I didn't, which I don't think I did, then they're not going to show us anything yet because there won't be that much to show.

They have PLENTY to show. Wario Land: Shake It, Sonic Chronicals, Chrono Trigger DS, Kirby Superstar Deluxe, and The Conduit to name a few. They don't need to wait to show off big-name exclusives when there ALREADY ARE PLENTY. Instead, they just show off Wii Music or don't even come to gaming conventions.

Remember Nintendo's old, "Now you're playing with power!" slogan? What happened to it?

2 or 3 Flagship titles would be nice though.
