Question about the camera in BK for XBLA

I know there's a few Rare employees on these boards who've played Banjo on XBLA but I haven't seen this question come up at all.

I wanted to know if the camera has been changed and mapped to the second analogue stick. The one gripe I had about the original game was the camera I was wondering if it had been fixed at all?

Not sure if this has been answered before but it seems like an obvious thing.

The camera has been mapped to the right stick. It helps solve some of the problems from the original release.

Does it still move in 45* angles? Or is it "smooth" like it was in BT?

Woah, a Rare employee!

*strokes chin*

So, Mr.brothersic...are we going to be getting any screenshots of BKLA before release? Or are we just going to have to wait and experience it all?

What about the controller mapping in general? Will it be basically the same- except for the z button. And what about the c buttons!
Also do you have any idea if the pre-order deal is going to be announced in Australia?
Thanks!

Buttons and controls are basically the same and work very well.

I have done some investigating and the pre-order offer should be happening in Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately I do not have any participating retailers to tell you but I am sure something will be announced in the nearish future

Brothersic, I live in New Zealand and i'm aware that the store I work at (JB Hi-Fi) as a music advisor (which also sells games, DVDs, electronics of all sorts) will be doing a pre-order as soon as notification has been made of some sort about the forthcoming Banjo game.

Do you have any details on a release date for New Zealand and more importantly if we'll be recieving the XBLA free bonus like the US and the UK?

I have seen the pre release information and it says that the pre-order offer will happen in New Zealand but it contains no other details. We are still a while from release so sit tight If I find anything else out then I will let you know.
