Help, please, with Red ring of death

It began very wierd, first, my 360 began doing wierd buzz sounds and freezing, I suspected overheating, I then moved the console to a different location and the problem stopped, 2 weeks later the noise and freezing is back, only to then result in red ring of death. Due to the consoles reaction I suspect its the processor has been damaged, and the buzz and the freezing to be the console crashing.

Also, the red rings are all on except the second players ring, I dont know what it is, but im very convinced that the processer has been damaged.

What do you guys thing? What should I do

The fact that it's only on player's 1, 3, and 4 is actually just how the RROD comes up.

my friend had that too and he covered his xbox360 with towels and let it overheat. it became very hot and amazingly, he worked for another 2 months!
but I wouldn't recommend it...

just call microsoft and do everything they tell you. you dont want to void the warrantee
