story similarity
think about it:
banjo-kazoo: banjo's girlfriend picollo gets kidnapped by a giant and banjo has to penetrate the castle to get her back Grabbed by the Ghoulies: cooper's girlfriend gets kidnapped by some ghouls and he has to go inside a mansion to get her back. similar, eh? well, the same team...

that would explain some banjo cameos, but it could also be that it's being made by the banjo team.
and remember, gruntilda wanted to steal the girl's beauty, so i wonder if some ugly with will pop out of the castly claiming she wants to be beautiful. unlikely, and no, i still won't play this game.

Or it could just be that 70% of vidogames(random percentage I pulled out of... er.. n/m) involve the hero's girlfriend/princess/sister being snatched away by some big bad thingamajiggy.

I wouldn't be surprised if some how SNS is in BK:GR after hearing all these used Ideas and cameo appearances in this weird game.
