Didn't get my code

Okay, so I go into gamestop today and pick up my preorder.

The employee there said that they only got one code with their shipment, which he gave to the first person in there. Did anyone else have this problem?

Should I complain to Microsoft, or to Gamestop about this?

I didn't get my code today because my Gamestop didn't get any at all. I'd been asking about it the past few times I came in, so the employee (who I believe is in fact the manager) said he'd make a few calls to try and get me one.

Hopefully it works. He said to check back in a few days.

I heard that if you didn't get your code, you can scan your receipt and e-mail help@gamestop.com with an explanation, and they'll send you a code.

I just e-mailed a couple of minutes ago. I hope it works, I really want stop n swop, but I don't want to buy a game I should already own.

This happened to me too. I called up microsoft and was on the phone for 45 minutes. They said they would e-mail me with a solution in about 4 days. Hope it works.
