I found all of them in Log Box, here's the ones you are missing.

At the very top of the level, there is a big gold tunnel-like thing sticking out of the wall. You can't miss it if you look. The notes are inside there.

There is a single gold note hidden in the level. It's hard to explain. It's right in the middle of the level, both height-wise, and direction-wise. There's a platform and then a square going up in the middle. The square has pipes coming out of it. Between one of the pipes and the square is a gold note.

I only need to get the Jiggoseum and Terrarium notes now! Jiggoseum is a pain though, because its annoying that note locations change during the Grunty challenge.

I found all of the notes in the Terrarium of Terror, I think you're only missing one location.

When your at the garbage disposal thing, look up. There should be a horizontal circle made of leaves almost directly above you. There are notes on the circle.

There are some around the T.T. statue in Jiggoseum

There's a few notes in the fenced off grassy bit in the center of the circle of uptown houses. It's the same place where you place the TOT game globe to activate it.

In the Jiggoseuom, theres a few notes behind the boxes near where you pick up the wheels for your boat during the challenge where you have to light the Jiggoseum flame. I'm not sure if they're there any other time though.

Finally, in the room with the giant flowers with water at the botom in the TOT, there's a bunch of notes on top of a giant red flower.

Got all the notes in Terrarium and Jiggoseum! OK I'll tell you about some of them. There are Terrarium notes near the area with mushrooms. They are hidden near the pool at the bottom of that room. There is also some underwater near the area with the Floatberries. For Jiggoseum, there are a lot underwater in Grunty Act 4. I noticed that there are some floating above water, there are also notes under the entrance. On the normal acts, around 1of 2 tall buildings near the domino area, there are some notes. See if that helps, sorry I'm not very good at describing note locations.

Are you sure the note placements in the Jiggoseum are different during Grunty challenges? It could just be that the ones from the other acts floated to the surface, because I can't find a single note in the water-filled act.
