If you don't have the achievement, and you've beaten her already, you need to play through the game once again to get the achievement. Hopefully Rare will fix this in an update...

In reference to the witch hunt that was happening in towns during the Middle Age I think. But Rare should do a patch to let us do it everywhere. Maybe it will be coupled with the text patch?

I know that, but it's easily possible that you there could be a bug that lets you do it anywhere. And the achievement is called Witch Hunt.
