Mysterious Mad Monster Mansion window
you know there are breakable and unbreakable windows in the mansion, right?
But there is one unbreakable window that is bigger than others. It is on the second floor of the mansion. If you go to the last floor (3rd) you'll find a green jinjo on a small chimney. If you were able to enter that chimney with a pumpkin, you'd fall into a room where the unbreakable window would take you. but you can't enter that hole even with the pumpkin.

Perhaps someone could use the levitation cheat as the pumpkin to get up there?

I know exactly what you're talking about. When I first played the game, I thought you were supposed to get there with the pumpkin. I spent weeks trying to get the pumpking onto the roof. Good times...

you can get on the roof as the pumpkin, i remember doing it (no cheats).
you go from the maze or something...

Is it anywhere near that one useless room on the first floor with the bricked up fireplace? The one where Grunty talks to you when you first go in but there's nothing in there, not even notes?

i know what you are talking about too. i also thought it was supposed to be accessed with the pumpkin when i was a kid. it looks like it could. even if they had intentions of putting something there it is gone now
