Halo Triple Pack!!! W00t!

teh l ink
This saves guys (and girls) like me, who've yet to buy any of the three the hassle of paying three limbs to do so. Now all I need is to confirm if both Halos will be playable on the 360...

$60. Dude, I would pay 20, max. Unless they came with a graphically updated Marathon series. Then it would be worth $50.

They're overpriced. $20 for some maps and a patch? Most PC games as popular as Halo 2 get that for free, about once every month or two. NWN, which is less popular gets patched even more frequently, though it's been slowing down due to work on Dragon AGe. And a lot of other popular X-Box games that have been out for a year are down to $20-30. But not Halo 2.

All the Halo 2 maps are free for those with Xbox Live. You can't get online patchs without internet access either. So, therfore, the map pack is for those without internet access/ Xbox Live.

Pfft. Halo is so over-rated it's funny.

This triple pack sounds like a way for Bungie and Microsoft to get more money to me... :-\

Seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Although I did get into a heated debate about Game Informer giving the map pack (MAPS! Not a game!) a 9/10.

Or a way for people to buy the series and save $20. Actually, you're saving even more than $20, because you don't need a Live subscription to get the new maps and patch.

Oh, and PenquinDude, you can't compare patching a console game and a PC game. PC games are much easier to patch, because you can just download and update the files right from your PC. With a console game, you have to program it so that it can be patched in the first place, and then you have to make sure your patch doesn't break anything, even more so than in a PC game, because unlike a PC game, you can't just release a series of patches in quick succession.

Elongation is a pile compared to the beauty of Gemni.
