Good idea???
I bite my nails, and the skin above them. Always, for as long as I can remember.
So to stop, I will put on a pair of gloves whenever I get the urge to bite... I havn't bitten since Friday. Think I'll break the habbit?

Why don't you just get some nail clippers? o.0
Start playing violin, you'll never have them grow more than a millimeter. I always cut mine before that mark hits because it's bad for violinists to have long nails.
