The internet will end in 2012
Well, we all know the world is ending in 2012 (dont deny it) but the world wont be the only thing ending.
This other thing that is ending is far more important than earth. It is the internets. In 2012 the internet will become like television, you pay a subscription for websites, and all the small websites like the RWP will be shut down. If only it was just the world that was ending in 2012, I guess we can only dream. How do you know this is going to happen? This is the first I've heard of such a thing. Also I can only assume that in this situation Steam will become even more powerful as it absorbs smaller game hosts and stores for profit. [/steamjoke]

I just want to know who's going to be running this post-2012 internet so I can shack up with them when the world is about to end.
2012? I have No idea. If it's in reference to the end of the long count [Mayan Calandar], hasn't this been disproved already? Also, nice sig. Every time I see the word 'filler' It gets me thinking about those KFC filler combo's. mmm

The only reason people say the world will end in 2012 is because thats when Mayan's calander ends. The Mayans didnt really get anywhere with their super primitive civilization so I dont think we can trust them to know when the world will end.

The world could end TOMORROW, in the next HOUR even. Nobody knows for ****. 2012 is just another period of 365 days where the world could possibly end.
