Major Spoiler. Last fighter in Punchout after Title Defence.
This is based off of two seemingly leaked screenshots that very well appear to be from the game. I am actually pleasantly surprised and look forward to the fight, if this is not some very well made prank.

I've played and beaten Donkey Kong. He was actually a lot of fun. The fight is based more on puzzle solving than on quick reaction. You could use quick reactions if you don't solve the puzzle, but it's next to impossible. There was a satisfying dawn of comprehension when I finally figured it out.
