Let's analyze the facts about past Rare employees:

Grant Kirkhope - Left Rare
George Kelion - Left Rare

These people have something in common; obviously, they both have the initials G.K.

Now, let's analyze the facts about GamingMaster2K:

First impression makes you see GamingMaster2K, but that is just a red herring sent to throw us off the track. Further prying leads us to GM2K's real life name, Kelvin Getley. Yes, K.G., the exact opposite of G.K.

Kelvin is antithetical to Grant and George; therefore, while they are exiting the company GM2K will be securing his spot as a part of the staff.

Just wanted to make sure I get credit for being the one with the ultimate foresight necessary to make this catch. I would do Sherlock Holmes proud.
