accessing pictures on a site
hey, i'm new to the forums. Had a question.... I have a web page that I am trying to get into a back door and see the rest of the pictures the guy has uploaded. Is there someway I can view the web page index?
here is the site.... http://iankraus.com/fish all his pictures are in that directory also... for example http://iankraus.com/fish/oscar.jpg or http://iankraus.com/fish/tanks.jpg I want to see what else he has on there, please let me know if there is a back door to do it. Thanks. P.S. - I have tried to contact him but no reply. |

As far as I'm aware, as long as an index webpage (index.html, index.php, etc.) is in a directory, there's no way to see the files in that directory since the web document takes priority. It comes in handy when you want to prevent people from snooping through your website....just by putting a blank index page in a directory.
You never know, though. Anything goes in this crazy digital realm. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a way to snoop through website directories.

I'm sorry, I really know nothing about what you're asking, but nonetheless, welcome to the forums!
