Is my reputation glitched?

Here's the story.

My rep started out at 3 like everyone else, and then went up to 5 since I was a good boy.

Eventually I started being a jerk and pissed everyone off and it went down to 4, then 3, then 2, then one fifth.

However one day it randomly jumped up to 5 stars (in one day) for no apparent reason and has stayed there, despite me still acting like a jerk and probably being avoided.

Has this happened to anyone else?

My theory is that my rep went below 0 so it just went back to 5 or something.

Just curious but what are you at? I'm at 18% preferred and 82% avoided. I really do piss people off quite often. I even tried to have most of my friends set me as a preferred player to help get that back up.

You check your Xbox Live profile and look at your stars.

Do the stars reflect your rep? I have 39% preferred, but I still have five stars.

Check your preferred/avoided percentages. That will help you see if your rep is indeed glitched.

Perhaps the stars may class all the people who didn't submit feedback as "preferred" whereas the percentages are just the people who submitted feedback.

In actual response, I've no idea, although I know the rep system is flawed in almost every single respect.

I'm 83% avoided and 17% preferred. I doubt that's supposed to be 5 stars.

Im 64% preferred, and still have 5 stars. I send alot of nasty messages to people who boot my friends for no reason.
