Have you been successful
Have you ever emailed a celebrity or someone very well known and they emailed back? I just emailed Michael Moore, and I'm wondering if he'll even read it, let alone reply. I want to get an internship with him over the next summer. My sister is friends with his first cousin, and she offered that she can get me and internship with him, but currently my sister and her friend aren't really talking.

James Kottak and Pawel Macawoda from the Scorpions kept me in contact with email. Rudolph Schenker only emailed me back once, Matthias Jabs and Klaus Meine never.
Uli Jon Roth did email me, and he answered a few questions I had to him.
