I would get a DSi (again) for a bigger screen. Bigger Screen > More Pixels > Better Resolution and Gameplay. When I play my brothers DSlite compared to my DSi I prefer the DSi because, even though the screen is slightly bigger there is a big difference during gameplay.
I say bring it on!

I don't care, they did a similar thing when they released the GBA SP with backlit screens, they'll just slowly release this and stop the other ones, most people won't even notice.

I got the DSi for the cameras, sound recorder, cool apps, and dlc shop. The bigger screens was a bonus.

Nintendo is pushing it's luck now, the DSi was a pretty pointless upgrade anyway, and now they are making a "new" DSi. Really pointless D:

This new DSi is to the DSi what the Gameboy Light is to the Gameboy Pocket. I don't know why people are acting so shocked and surprised about it, really.
And the DSi already has bigger screens to the other editions of the DS. So evidently, there is a strong demand for more screen space.

As long as they don't change the pricing, I'll be okay. Not like I care either way, I probably wouldn't care for .75 inches bigger screen.

While I was out investigating, I found a new test element.It's never been used for human testing because, apparently, it causes heart failure.It doesn't say anything about lump of coal failure,though, so you should be fine.
