I'M F'ING RICH

So, the other day my grandfather was looking through his collection of old books. He's a huge pack rat, he buys anything old looking at garage sales and flea markets and such.

In one of these books with a giant map, in excellent condition. It dated back to the 1800's. Thinking it might be worth something, he looked it up online. He found the exact same map. It was said that there were only three thought to exist in the world, so that would make his the fourth. Knowhing it might be worth something, he sent it to a professional restorer to make it look as good as possible.

After talking with a few collectors, found out the actual worth of the map.

Over $200,000.

It's up for auction now (If you think on eBay, gtfo), and will be for a week. He's expecting it to get bids very quickly.

Needless to say, my grandfather is retired so he has no debts such as car payments or a mortgage to pay off. He's splitting the money among my family.

Oh, please. I can sell all of my worthless Pokemon, Yugioh and Magic cards from back in elementary school individually on eBay, and make thousands with all of them together (because the addicting things got me thousands of cards). That doesn't include my grandfather's sword somewhere around the house, video games I've lost interest in, random collector's items, and such.

In fact, now that I think about it, eBay is an easy way to make quick buck. It's not a good way to make a living, though.

Best advice when you're pissed off: Don't go saying other people don't deserve things. I'm not snobby nor am I rubbing it your face, or acting like I'm better than you.

If you weren't then, why'd you bring it up in the first place? Totally irrelevant.

On topic from now on: Yay monies and a new computer for me. =3
