I think it's stupid that the platforms slope INTO the train track, that's just awful planning.

It wasn't her fault, the platform slopes. Sure she should have been watching the pram, but she only took her eyes off it for like a minute.

this is the soncond luckiest baby I ever heard about!

Yes second, here at Chile the same thing happened with a baby that fell on the rails of the sbway train. It survived without a scratch...
