I dunno if it was photoshop, it did look like it but all these people were there. It's not on BBC news yet so we'd better hold our horses.
Apparently the UK's UFO department was closed down just a week before this incident. Very strange.

Welcome to three days ago. Firstly, that image is a shitty photoshop, the real spiral is small, pixelated, and blurry. Secondly, Russia has since admitted it's a failed missile test launched from a submarine.

Here's the actual, non-photoshopped video of the launch. It was merely a Russian missile test that went wrong. Though, I have to say, if they never came out about that, many would assume it was something otherworldly.
