Wierd things in Zelda
...besides Tingle.
For me, based on the few games I've played, it would be this: OoT: Adult Link's grunt when he lands from a long distance. Bigocto. It however when from wierd to annoying very quickly. How some of the bosses dissolve when they die. Slightly haunting me to this day. MM; The happy mask guy strangling Link. The skull kid's face looks like a duck. TP: Malo. He scares me. The mailman. He scares me more. The spider boss. Did we really need to see it shoot minions out of its rear? Ooccoo. Nuff said. The magic armor is a rupee guzzler. So yeah. What of you guys?

Which grunt exactly? He had a few if I remember right...
One thing that bugs me in particular now is how OOT Link could breathe underwater with the Zora Tunic. It would be more believable if something went over his face like in TP, but he looks just the same. But then again, to Hell with logic, it's Zelda!

In majora's mask if you glitch it to get the fierce deity outside of a boss fight, and then go to other areas, he has animations of opening doors, and voices programmed for climbing and jumping off ledges etc. Things you can't do in any boss room, however they all match adult link from OOT so its a clear copy-paste lol.
