Flashdrive Autorun

Is it possible to have a program on my flashdrive automatically start up when I put it in? Such as a game or something?

I remember when Sekna made a thread asking about this eons ago

Make a autorun.ini file, they are normally on CDs, just copy it and edit it to what you want. It's pretty straight forward iirc.

Wasn't it me, not Dan?
Edit: My name's Dan too so that makes no sense... I meant Sekna.
Also: It's not .ini, it's .inf.
