That credit card story was the worst. I swear if someone had access to my XBL account and credit card info, and they refused to cancel it, I would go ballistic.

While I was out investigating, I found a new test element.It's never been used for human testing because, apparently, it causes heart failure.It doesn't say anything about lump of coal failure,though, so you should be fine.

My xbox got the RROD for the 2nd time, I called it in to get repaired and they said my serial number didn't exist, and they refused to repair it.

I had to buy a new xbox, I got the red elite RE5 bundle.

I got some guy with a thick Indian accent, and he could barely understand me, despite me speaking loud and clearly. I had a similar experience with DirecTV.

I've been lucky so far, my experience with 360 service center has been great. except my xbox's bricking on me. I guess I'm one of the few lucky ones. a few of my friends have had horrible experiences.

I won a competition which included a 360 Halo special edition console. Instead of sending me that, Microsoft sent me a refurbished Elite that was owned by some dude in New Zealand. ****ing morons.

Yeah when buying things like game systems you always want to get the warranty for it on amazon or newegg. That way you don't have to deal with the dicks at Microsoft/sony.
(had bad experiences with both)

It may not be that often but things do happen to the PS3's mine was DOA and sony just flat out told me to go f myself because they were not going to do anything about it. Lucky I bought it from newegg so they just replaced it only charging shipping for the new console.
