Rare to open new UK Studio in Birmingham

I'm not quite sure where Birmingham is in the UK, but I'm sure I'll find that on Google maps in a jiffy  Edit: Found Now they just need to open an office in the US  There's also an interview with Rare's Mark Betteridge talking about the new studio, but you need to register with the site in order to view it.

I might be able to see the reasoning behind this if Rare had a high output of games but their output has been, well, non-existent since 2008 (4j ports don't really count).
