Banjo-Kazooie + Tooie compilation disc for 360: Is it possible?

Do you think it'd be possible for Rare to release both Banjos on one disc for retail? Maybe for around $29.99?

What's the point? They already released them both on XBLA.

This. I don't think this has happened with any other XBLA game(s), so I doubt it'll happen for Banjo although it would be good for people who don't have access to Xbox Live.

There's two Konami Classics games, plus the two Xbox Live Arcade games, and Namco Museum.

Its totally possible.

I'm not too sure about the Konami Classics, but Namco Museum was just a compilation of Namco games, and I think they added the arcade XBLA games just for the heck of it. You should have used the Watchmen games as an example.

Well some people don't have access to Live, yeah. For others, we just want to have a hard-copy of the games so it "counts" in our collections. I'm fine with keeping the N64 games and a N64, but it'd still be nice to have both on one disc with a new 1000/1000g gamerscore to achieve.

And before you say "But that'd be redudant", just look at Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection. You can buy Sonic The Hedgehog 1-3 + Knuckles seperately on the arcade, but both have achievements in and out of Genesis collection.

Yeah, I see your point. It certainly would be nice to have a physical copy of the games for 360, I'm just saying it's very doubtful that it would happen.

I kind of doubt this would happen, but anything is possible. I just don't think that the compilation disk would make much money, since most of the people who want the games have already downloaded them.

Instead, they should just make a Rare Collection sort of like Sega Genesis collection only with Rare games.

The Konami Classics disk one contains Castlevania Symphony of the Night, Frogger, and Super Contra right off the arcade and put on a single disk.

As for the Namco Museum, the other way around acctually. They put the 9 arcade games on there which is what you'd mainly buy it for, and then 25 crappy dated namco games. And no one cares about Watchmen, it was a crappy movie and probably a crappy game.

Yeah I guess a "Rare Classics" disc would be better... Banjo Kazooie + Tooie + Perfect Dark and a couple others.

I'd pay $50 for that.

That isn't a valid argument as to why the two Watchmen games were put onto a disk.

I don't think it'd make much money, and knowing Rare, if their isn't a decent chunk of our wallets involved, they won't make it. It just isn't worth their time. A compilation disk of other Rare titles could be a good idea, but unfortunately a lot of those have problems. First, most of them (The good ones anyways) were made on Nintendo systems. Second, many other games probably have copyright issues.
