This game has been sitting on my room for MONTHS since one of my friends gave it to me as a gift. I just started it and wow it's really REALLY good. I love how Faith moves and climbs almost everything in those buildings. I'm currently beggining chapter 3 and well if anyone had played it, do you have any recommendations¿ I wanted to play it in hard from the start but I wasn't allowed...

Ahh, just wait until most of the back half is inside, totally defeating the purpose of the game. I liked the first couple levels of the game as well, but just got frustrated with the game after that.

Best console game this generation along with Mass Effect 2. Fantastic evolution of the platform genre.
If you can, try for the Test of Faith achievement. There are a few section in the game that take several tries to get through without any guns, but it's doable.

I would agree that it is fantastic evolution of the platforming genre. But best console game this generation? No. Alongside Mass Effect 2? No.

It's maybe not quite as good as Phoenix Wright 3, but it's certainly a 5 star game.

I hate, hate, hate this game. No. Bad. Hate it. I like the first level, but that's when it goes downhill for me. Wow. I...just...wow.

Oh crap I forgot this was available for the PS3 as well, my bad.

I was gonna attempt to finish it with no weapons but when i got my hands on the sniper rifle i simply couldn't resist.

I can't have the wrong Phoenix if I didn't even mentally process that part of his post about some song reference. Coincidentally I mentioned Phoenix Wright in my reply. Not sure what you're reading into regarding me getting riled up about people not liking a game as much as I do.

Now, back to Mirror's Edge!

Mirror's Edge was actually a very fun game until you actually got chased by the cops on it, it went very downhill for me then and the fun just turned to frustration. Plus, it is extremely short and linear.

I made the mistake of going through the game the first time getting Test of Faith. It was a pain in the ass towards the end, but overall, the game was fun when enemies didn't fill up the screen. More platforming should've be implemented.
