Because a large wooden structure is found where Noah's Ark landed, and is proven to be about as old as when Noah's Ark first sailed.

It has hardly been "proven", considering that there has been no published research of the carbon dating, as well as the fact that additional wood from the discovery was found to be much younger by independent researchers (edit: Peter Ian Kuniholm from Cornell University, in case you question the validity of this). I would argue that there isn't enough water in the world to get an ark 4000 meters into the mountains as well, but when God is your opponent, what good is science?

I'd also like to point out this, an article about the discovery of Noah's Ark...in January 2008. Obviously both of them can't be the real ark, and chances are, neither of them are.
