You need to get all Jiggies of all challenges in the DLC, Jiggies in both LOG's Choice versions as well as doing them over with your own vehicles. Get a Jiggy with LOG's Choice and a black-and-white puzzle piece is filed into the puzzle behind Klungo. Do it again with an original vehicle, and that piece is now colored in. Fill the puzzle, unlock "Hero Klungo Sssavesss teh Universsse"
