Prototype

This game is a disgraceful attempt to rehash Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction with blood and swearing. The plot makes less sense than Timmy the Tooth (bonus points if you know who that is), the combat and side missions are boring, and the game just drops the ****-you ball when you get near the end by increasing the amount of boring, repetitive enemies you have to kill.

I think the only fun thing I experienced out of Prototype was curb-stomping grandmas, taking their body shape and throwing cars at people. The rest is just stupid.

Your thoughts?

Deliciously violent. The combat was so much fun because there was a truckload of attacks and abilities. I think the game was too short and it needed some better side missions because now it has zero replay value for me.

Did you know the creators of The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction also made Prototype? You'd expect the two games to be sort of similar.

Yes, I do know. That doesn't mean they can go and make the same damn game every 4 years.

Meh. I liked it. Was kind of fun flying around the town just slaughtering everything in sight.

I used to love Timmy the Tooth, but I'm afraid I can't say much about Prototype. I bought it around the same time I bought inFamous, I remember that much, but I sold it shortly after that. It was cool to run around, morph your arm and I think I recall some kind of flight in the game. Either way, from what I've heard there was not much replayablility, and even though I didn't beat the game I got sick of it fast.

I was thinking a developer could rehash a game that wasn't theirs but now I see this isn't true. At least it's not as bad as all the Madden games.

It was a fun rental, I had more fun pretending to be some sort of super soldier fighting the infection rather than playing the story though.

I haven't played it, but if I do, it'll be coming free with Singularity.
