Jesus Camp

Here is part 1 if you want to watch it. Basically an Evangelical camp filmed over weeks. Oh and another thing, be careful if being helpless easily frustrates you, because you are about to watch the abuse and destruction and children's minds.

What is this garbage?

It should be up to YOU to decide whether you want to believe in God and Jesus or not, not up to other people to decide that you will be religious and brainwash you into becoming religious.

At 6:34 I like how the mother had to hold up her children's hands for them. Absolute epitome of brainwashing.

Okay, that is ridiculous. I didn't watch the video, because I was fairly sure you guys were just blowing out of proportion with the usual "RELIGION IS BAD!" mentality that a lot of you guys seem to have, but that level of control is outrageous. At least my parents didn't make my own decisions like that.

While Jesus Camp shows some rather extreme ways to hook children, it's the sad truth that even the most moderate of religions do this at some level. Kids are baptized and raised into a religion from a very young age, so "X religion" is all they know. By the time they're teens and adults, thinking otherwise wouldn't even come into thought.

That's actually wrong. A lot of people raised Christian have become Atheists later on. I've held on to my Christian beliefs, but I know some either people who were raised in Christian lifestyles that changed later on.
