I rode a pony when I was about seven or so, but have never actually ridden a horse before, so I'm excited.

I just hope my horse isn't a douche. D:

I hate horses, they crap all over the road and their bloody riders can get away with leaving it there when they should be shoveling it off the tarmac! Actually, I like horses, I just wish they weren't allowed to be taken down roads that cars go on.

I've only been a few times, and was young every time so I don't remember much other than that it's really feckin hard to get on one in the first place, and if he's hungry you won't be able to make him stop if he see's food.

Don't fall off. It hurts, more than you'd imagine.

Aside from that, just enjoy the experience. If it's your first time, I'm sure you're not doing this alone. The other riders will most likely guide you on where to go and what to do.

Just got back. My horse crapped on the trail. D:

His name was Hunter, and I did get him to not eat a few times; you gotta pull up on the reins.

My biggest problem however was whenever we went into a trot, I'd be bouncing about a foot off my saddle. The guy was telling me about "sitting on my pockets" and I tried pressing my legs up into the stirrups, but I kept bouncing back to the same position. Maybe it's because I was the lightest one there?


Either way, I had a good time.

I haven't in...10 years, but I have two ribbons for it back when I used to. I really enjoyed it, but it wasn't something I got to do very often.

My grandmother took me horseback riding once when I was 13. We rode out into some trails in the desert. It was good fun and I'd do it again! Funny thing though... My grandma leaned to one side when she rode her horse. It was hilarious!

I can ride horses, I like running with them. I fell once but I had no major injuries

My only experience was with that invisible pink unicorn in the closet. Oh wait, I forgot about that other time when I gave a purple unicorn away. Wait, not unicorns, but horses? *sigh* I guess only My Little Pony.

It's outrageous. Unicorns should be horses.
