I have absolutely no idea, but it reminds me of this one dragon from ages ago.
I think it was Rare Metal Dragon...let me check. Yeah it was that. Anyway, I have no idea how Twilight Decks work, but I guess it involves milling the deck a lot. I guess 2? Also it's been like 5/6 years since I've played YuGiOh. I'm sorry, did you expect a hilarious drunk responce?

Because I failed horribly to stop someone from commiting suicide.
To be completely blunt. Edit: Not that I blame myself. The depression had been there for about ten years. I'd only know them for three days. There was no way I was going to be able to help them, especially since I only found out they intended to AFTER they'd taken the four bottles of pills... But I tried. The alcohol is really more to take it off of my mind and let me sleep.

No idea, there are other active users.
Also Weather Report is a decent counter because you get to do something extra or something. Let me check. Yeah you get your battle phase twice. That's pretty sweet.

It's not like I get properly drunk every day.
