CCTV is an interesting idea, but its not for bukkit.

Priority will be some sort of map.

Important note to all:

If you must build any more houses or major building before the Nov18 update, please keep them as close to the town as possible. This will ensure the transition will be much quicker and easier. Plus new content (post Nov18) won't be so far away from town.

I have discussed the upgrade process with Mark and it is highly likely that I will be the one to do the maintenance. It will only take an hour or two, but there is a minor chance it could take up to a whole day.

In order to make sure no buildings/houses are lost during the upgrade, please keep us posted as to the co-ordinates of any thing you build.

For co-ords; press F3 and write down the x and z values. Don't forget the - sign(s), if there are any. The decimal point numbers are not needed, just the whole numbers to the left side of the decimal point.

This is my thought process every time I find a mine:

"I bet there are diamonds over by that lava!"
*finds 5 diamonds*
"I should go back, but what if there's more!"
*Repeat like 4 times, gathering up so many precious materials*
*Gets hit by enemy into lava*

Far corner of my Public Cobblestone Generator is around -261 X and -21 Z.

I've also gone down to 12 Y under town with my indoor ladder.

Also I've got about 6 stacks of Sandstone I can put into those towers as well as one full stack of fences. About how high do the towers have to be?

To find the hieght of the tower easy, build up glass as far as you can, then work it out from there. The top two most layers are glass, then the SandStone Square.

As always, check the completed towers for the design to copy.

Chest Protection


To remove the protection from your chest/furnace type /cremove then left click to remove the lock and make it public.

To give someone else access to your chest type /cprivate username

I know I'll get flack for this but I honestly loathe the ability to teleport about. It makes the game too easy and it turns into more of a creative mode than survival.
Maybe just spawn is alright but it would be even better if use of the command punished your inventory in some way.
Of course I could just not personally use them but everybody must suffer!

I partly agree with you. I doubt we will have warps, except for a few public ones.
