100%!!!

I was playing Banjo-Tooie for XBLA and just got the "Who's Boss Now?" SNSII Achievement! This means, I have officially beaten every single Banjo game 100%, so to celebrate, I made a thread.

What do you think is the hardest challenge in the series? The engine room, Canary Mary, "Now Who's Boss?", L.O.G.'s Lost Challenges, or anything else in the series?

The hardest challenge is playing through the series (or just the main two,) and not enjoying it at all. Pretty sure its never been done..
Gasp! That's it! In order for Stop N Swop to work the person playing must have to hate the game enough that they don't care what they're doing! Quick we need to find a Call of Duty fan!

Oh hey here's a physical challenge for NaB if you interested. Climb to the top of the cactus of strength on foot, and with out the assistance of any outside thing. It's possible to get to the top by just jumping from spike to spike and the back-boards of it. I figured this out myself, did it myself and it is, challenging. You'll likely get stuck a couple times but you can do it.

Blasphemy!

The hardest challenge in Banjo-Tooie, for me, is probably the Hag 1 boss battle. I'm not kidding - I have such a hard time with that shit. Trying to aim at Grunty's tiny head poking out of her giant machine can be a real bitch.

I've 100% both games also.

Canary Mary is to date the hardest thing I've done in a video game.
Well, second hardest at least.

Beat the first Mr. Patch battle in Nuts and Bolts with just an egg shooter and a helicopter in trophy Thomas time. It was a very enjoyable pain.

Hardest thing for me is Canary Mary. She is the only thing I still need to beat.

There's no pride in accomplishing a feat like that. It's like befriending the Grox.

I generally don't do speed runs because I find that it makes me enjoy games less, I'm so focused on the time limit that I can't enjoy the music or graphics, and it's just upsetting. Plus I have to still focus on not dying at the same time. Really, I just don't feel a sense of accomplishment from speed runs. I'm proud enough of beating the game.

I bet I could. I also got all the gears in N&B to stop rotating by shoving whales or rocks into them. It takes awhile, but it can be done. The huge gear at the top can't be stopped though, because it's not touching any other gears.

Although I have no proof, I'm afraid I've already beaten you record in ToT. On the original N64 version I got up to 55 points. I actually get around 50 points almost every time I play. because I know most of the answers without even looking at the question. That time is something I haven't nearly beat though.

I can actually do ANY boss flawlessly now, if I tried hard enough. The Breegull Blaster bosses are actually easier on the N64 because when you use the C-Button to change your shooting angle, it stas that way until you leave, but for the XBLA, it keeps moving back to straight, and that really ticks me off!

Ditto. Canary Mary took me 8 years to beat. Of course, I didn't try every day, but I beat her just about when N&B came out. Hey, maybe Threeie will come out now that I got SNSII complete?

I believe in your 55 points record in TOT. As you said, it's possible only if you try to answer without show of question.

The only thing that I miss (also I haven't got all TT trophies in LOG's Lost Challenge, but my savegame is misteriously gone, and the DLC is not that good to play it again). I'm not trying to get the "Who's the boss?" prize because it's totally pointless. It doesn't give you an achievement, and it won't be useful in next game.
