N64 PC Controller?

Is there a way of using an N64 controller on a PC? BTW, I was registered here back in the UBB/Snitz days, I've been hovering for a long time

I thought first-person games were great with the N64 controller, namely the c buttons and Z button

Well I know you can get GC/PS2/Xbox controllers to PC, my brothers have both got some. So I'm sure you can get an N64 one. If I were you I'd search ebay saying something like 'N64 PC adaptor/converter'

There most certainly are adaptors you can use to hook not only an N64 controller up to your PC, but even a GameCube, Xbox and Playstation controller as well. There are quite a few on eBay. Stores like EB Games or Gamestop might carry them as well, but I've personally never seen them outside online websites.

They do exist, though

But...why would you want to connect the controller to the PC?

Well, for XBox controlers, you don't need adaptor or anything. My friend just cutted the wire to get yellow, green, red, black and white wires. He plugged 4 of em. And it worked.

For the same reason you'd connect a 360 controller

Indeed, I have done this as well. All you need is an xbox controller and a USB cord, and simply splice the wires.

Once that is finished, you need to find the proper driver on the internet.
