Upgrading to 1.3, how to prepare

I made a new home, sort of, but it's really just testing for the update and new server so I don't want it. I have nothing of value there.

Also, Mark, I have enough for a plot of land in the city, do you think it's worth waiting until the update before getting some plot?

Railic and I live together and instead of him making a RWP account, he was hoping I could speak for him. His house is in a hill in a rectangle shape from the southwest corner -289, 499 to the NE corner -316, 518. The depth is 64 and the height is 85. If that doesn't work, let me know and maybe he can dig out a rectangle of hill to save or something.
