Well since I apparently have nothing better to do...

I doubt the binary means anything. It appears to scroll right to left, but looking more closely, it's just flashing groups of numbers. What's more, every number that will change doesn't do so at the same time, but in groups. This means that there are several possible ways it can appear. I'd guess like, five. Here are a few of them...

First group:

My finger hurts...Anyway, these are all 6 x 17 in perimeter. There could be just a few other groups. As for the different-colors-than-each-other number columns, the numbers look like they twitch in place. Maybe some numbers turn into others. They aren't in solely in ones and zeros though, and I know not what code they could even be in. If someone would like to fully translate go ahead, I used this: (link.) But x 17 isn't divisible by eight, and taking a random eight characters out got me (drumroll,):

So I guess it actually decodes. Into gibberish. Probably. I wouldn't have thought that sites had an in-built decoder for this, in our postings, though.
