Project Ukulele's protagonists
Currently we don't know who or what they are, but seeing as we WILL know what they are two weeks from now I thought this topic should be made.
In the meantime, let's speculate. What d'ya think? We know basically nothing about them. The lower part of the pair is obviously reptilian, or a frog, now that we know its skin is green. We know nothing whatsoever about the upper part, but I do think based on its eyes that it's likely a bird. We really don't have anything to go off of. A lot of people want a chameleon lower half, which sounds cool to me in concept, (I do love color,) but I'm unsure what they could actually do with it. Lots of things, I suppose. Now that people've brought it up I do kinda want the lower half to be female and the upper half to be male. Just seems fitting don't'cha think? So yeah, talk about what you think/want. By the way they totally look like Mew carrying a Sparrowmint on its back, right, like that's not just me

The bird looked kind of like a toucan to me in brightened images of that original render, but like everyone else said, let's wait and see.

I assumed some sort of Lizard or Chameleon, and a Toucan/parrot, based on the eyes and the tropical-ish setting. Of course, the setting could be completely irrelevant.

Edit: I dunno, it seems as if they're actually going through with it later today. As much as I was wondering about Project Ukulele before I even got out of bed today, I'm not sure going in early is a good idea. I could wait one more day. I'm just worried that it'll catch people who are expecting tomorrow unawares and the hype will suffer because of it. But we'll see. Bring it on me Playtonic. Edit Edit: I also heard it was Labour Day tomorrow, so that might be why they're doing it today. They might also just be announcing the characters or something.
