I remember that when i was younger, before you guys had found the cheat codes for finding Stop N' Swap in TCC, that I saw the ice key and kept trying to backflip to land in the room. My friend was present at the time as well. I was doing the flips on the platform outside of the ice key door. I remember that I had back flipped and landed INSIDE the ice key room. Me and my friend looked at each other, I grabbed the ice key and when i was going to save my game... the game crashed.

Yeah, I remember that when I was a youngster, I would look longingly at the key and wonder what secret it unlocked. I always assumed another snow level of some sort. It was one of those irreplacable childhood memories which may have something to do with my fascination of BK, even to this day.

thats not the only weird thing, the ice key dissapeared from room when iwent looking ofr it, and its not in my inventory and i can't enter the code in sandcastle. Yeah... i still have that save file lol

I did something similar like...yesterday. The grunty bridge was out in Spiral Mountain (I had just gotten a new profile to mess around, and the bridge glitched up and never fixed). I jumped and made it to the chin, then backfliped back up to the bridge. I went inside, and it crashed.

But that must have been hard as heck, backflipping into there? I mean, wow. Did the door open after you did it?

This kind of reminds me somehow of when my uncle got a hold of a prototype Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for genisis and unlocked a secret level, then he sold the game or something...

You're probably the first person to get that without a GS or sandcastle cheat.

Crosseyes, did your uncle happen to get into Hidden Palace Zone perhaps? Or maybe Wood Zone? :-)

He probably played the beta version, which has its very own website at www.sws2b.com.

I have the beta version. And I don't know what he found, but it was similar to he 3rd zone (Forgot what it was called, it was green hill in the beta) and he had to jump platforms away from rising water for a little while like labyrinth zone on the first game. Also, I just use Sonic-cult.org ( I think it's .org...) for beta stuff.

the ice key is why I love BK as much as I do, I spent hours with my dad tring to get my hands on the key thinking it was something for a jigggy on a later lvl

To answer your questions, I spent 5 minutes back-flipping and made it in the room, so yeah... it was kinda hard and I was kinda bored, and No the door didn't open after I made it in... which sucked.

Offtopic: The other day I fell asleep and maybe it was from b-k and B-t over load but I had a dream in which I saw a giant white egg and it had 3 rows, the top row was a row of Pink eggs with Yellow ? marks and the next row, Green eggs, the final row, Yellow eggs

Wow thats devotion when somebody dreams about the eggs, yeah i heard that somebody beakbombed near wozzas cave landed inside and pushed the glass back O.o im not sure if they were just making it up seeing as how it would reset to ground banjo straight after you entered. .....Wierd

What I remember is that I was possibly in the middle, or even a little to the right. What i did was i held the control stick forward towards the key and i just desperately kept doing backflips.

A little off topic.. but before any mail comes In i just wanted to make sure to get the following out:

Also, I will not be attempting to try and replicate this glitch just to video tape it and proove it can be done. I did this when I was 8 so therefore I want to preserve that memory for my 8 year old self instead of giving my currentself another memory. You can replicate it and post a video though!

I heard of this glitch before, intresting is that it allways crashes the game. The site I read about it also said how to do it. If I'm not mistaking you have to stand with your back to the icewall, I could be wrong though!

You know another way ive heard of is beak bombing wozza's cave entrance and the ice wall moves bck. Someone got it all the way back before but there was an invisible wall that he couldent pass to get through. Im too lazy to do it so someone could try and send a video
