gizzmondo = rareware
i checked wikipedia ,although its not the most reliable source, and it said mr pants was being developed for the gizzmondo

You do realize that Microsoft bought Rare in 2001, and that that article you posted is from 2004, right?

Um, I think Gizmondo was discontinued, i think it was because the president of gizmondo, Erik... somethin(check on wikipedia) had debts with banks and stuff, and had been in jail, and made illegal stuff, so Gizmondo games arent going to be produced
