Can you play BK with a 360 controller?
Dunno if this is the proper forum, but ah well!
Can you play BK on an emulator with a 360 controller? You can eather use a wired controller, windows 360 controller, or have a wireless receiver.

I'm sure you can. The wired 360 controllers are connected by USB, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Yeah, I think Windows Vista supports 360 controllers, and you can use game controllers with Project 64.

Unfortunatley wireless controllers won't work with play and charge kits.

I just use a PC game pad , A real nice one. I tried using one of my 360 controllers on my PC but it wouldn't work for some reason. Do you have to do some manual configuration or something.

I think you need to download a program for non-vista computers.

Ok thanks Guys I'll give that a try.
Edit: I got it to work on one of my 360 controllers, it wouldn't recognize my original 360 controller. I bought a new one last month and the new one worked right away, after windows xp installed the driver. Thanks for the help. ![]() Last edited by Platinum Jinjo; 23rd April 2007 at 03:23 AM. |

I have a thing that says "PSX TO USB", and as the name implies, all you have to do is plug the little device into the USB port, and the PS/PS2 controller up to that.
It works perfectly. You can even use both joysticks as the control stick and C buttons. It's perfect for games like Super Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie (which the thread's about). Heh, I'm completely off topic. |

Yeah, I tried to make the right stick be the c buttons, but whenever i pressed up on it, it also moved the camera.
Now I have the l and r c buttons the B and Y buttons, a and b is the A and X, up and down c are on the pad. Works pretty good. But pj64 is bugged. Try doing into fps mode in BT and make the cross hair appear, fire, and step to elft and right. Doesn't work ![]()

You could get the 360 Controller for Windows its cheaper than the regular Wired controler by £3 and it comes with a CD that configures you computer to use it!
On top of that if you have a 360 headset you can use the controller as microphone and speakers as well! (this takes some adjustment though) |
