Battletoads was released in 1991 by Rare for the Nintendo Game Boy. Despite having the same box art and cartridge sticker as the Battletoads, it is an entirely different game with unique levels and new challenges. The storyline is relatively similar to the NES game, with Zitz having to rescue Rash and Pimple.
