Biography
Bluey is a Walrus, whom is in charge of Snowflake Mountain on Timber's Island.
In the Games
Diddy Kong Racing
In Diddy Kong Racing Bluey is the second boss. His first race he runs fairly fast and after the Silver Coin Challenge he's extremely fast. He was brainwashed by Wizpig and after his defeat, he's spared from the remedy and is seen socializing with T.T. during the celebration.
Diddy Kong Racing DS
In Diddy Kong Racing DS, Bluey doesn't have his bow tie and he employs Balloon Challenges instead of Silver Coin Challenges. Other then that, he remains unchanged.
For his touch challenge the player must avoid falling objects while racing Bluey with the stylus.
