Boggy is a minor recurring character in the Banjo-Kazooie series.

Biography
Boggy is a large polar bear. He is married to Mrs. Boggy, with whom he has three children, Groggy, Soggy and Moggy. Originally, he and his family lived in Freezeezy Peak, but later moved to the Icy Side of Hailfire Peaks, and even later still to Showdown Town. Boggy is a rather good sled racer.
In the Games
Banjo-Kazooie
In Banjo-Kazooie, he first appears in Freezeezy Peak, passed out on the ground near his house. Banjo and Kazooie get him up by sliding down the scarf of the snowman on his sled, landing right on his stomach causing him to stand up and cough up a Jiggy. He then later challenges them to a sled race in both their normal form and as the Walrus transformation. After they best him at both races, he gives them another Jiggy and heads home. If they enter his house, he complains about his kids crying because their presents are missing.
Banjo-Tooie
In Banjo-Tooie, he appears on the Icy Side of Hailfire Peaks, in an igloo with his wife and kids. He has given up sled racing to sit around watching his new widescreen TV all day. Having become quite lazy, he asks Banjo and Kazooie to bring him a fish to eat, coughing up another Jiggy after they do.
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts
In Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Boggy runs a gym in Showdown Town where Banjo can train and increase his on-foot stats. Boggy bought the gym from Mr. Fit after being kicked out of his home by his wife to earn his own income.[1] He appears as a challenge host in Banjoland, Jiggosseum and Terrarium of Terror.
